Good and the Bad

Due to a lack of fence around our yard we've had to keep Sahani tied up or inside the house if we're there. He's chewed through or slipped out of his collar and leashes multiple times so we made the hard decision to give him away. We gave him to our friend Tiffany, who took care of him while we were on the bike trip. She will provide him with lots of love, more room to be a dog, and other dogs to play with. Even though it's a better situation for him, we were sad to have him go.

However, since we no longer have a dog to trample plants we decided to spruce up our yard a bit.

Clearing out the side planter.

Planting new flowers!

We had fun working in the dirt together and felt a sense of accoplishment with how it turned out. There's still more work to be done but it's looking better.

I wish you guys had taken a picture of the bathroom on Thursday for this post! You could've looked at it whenever you missed Sahani.

Yard work is so satisfying! I will have to look tomorrow to see the condition on the ivy after Isaac mowed it, but hopefully there is still some good vines for you to take.
